Account data: your name, email address, and a cryptographically hashed password (we never see or store your actual password).

Learning data: the courses you own, your lesson progress and completion state, and watch positions for resume-where-you-stopped.

Order data: what you bought, when, the amount, and the payment reference used to reconcile refunds and support requests.

Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, timestamps, pages requested) kept for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.

Your card details. Payments happen on the payment gateway's own secure hosted page — card numbers never reach our servers or logs.

We do not run advertising networks, cross-site trackers, data brokers or profiling of any kind. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, ever.

The billing details you enter at checkout (name, phone, address) are passed to the payment gateway together with your transaction, because acquiring banks require them for receipts, refunds and fraud screening. The gateway processes and safeguards that data under its own certification and privacy regime; we retain only the order reference, not the full billing profile.

To provide the service you paid for: authenticating you, serving your courses, syncing your progress and keeping your lifetime access records.

To keep the site secure and prevent abuse (rate limits, fraud checks, log analysis).

We do not send marketing you haven't asked for, and there is no newsletter checkbox hiding in the checkout.

We share personal data only with: (a) our payment gateway, to process your transactions as described above; and (b) our hosting provider, to run the site. Both act as processors under contract. We do not share data with anyone else except where law requires it.

Passwords are hashed, sessions are authenticated server-side, course streams are encrypted, and access to production data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we design as if an attacker is always at the door — it's the family business.

Account, learning and order data are kept for as long as your account exists — that's the point of lifetime access. Server logs are rotated and deleted on a short cycle. If you delete your account, personal data is removed within 30 days except where we must retain order records for accounting law.

You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion of your account at any time through the contact page. Deleting your account ends access to purchased courses (we'll confirm with you before doing it). Where GDPR or similar laws apply, you also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

The site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone legally ineligible to hold an account.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with its last-updated date, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
